Upon project completion and your final approval, we deliver the final project files.
Growifin retains ownership of creative materials until full payment is received. Upon full payment, all ownership rights are transferred to the Client.
This agreement commences upon project initiation and remains in effect until project completion.
Written notification is required for early termination by either party.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the project.
While Growifin strives for exceptional results, the inherent dynamism of the digital landscape prevents guaranteeing specific outcomes.
Growifin will not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages). We will work collaboratively to find solutions in such instances.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the courts located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Growifin, superseding any prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing the Growifin Turnkey Agency Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Growifin Turnkey Agency Package provides consulting, training, guidance, and business setup support for individuals who want to start and operate a professional services agency. The package may include assistance with agency structuring, service portfolio design, digital presence setup, operational workflows, and business support systems.
Growifin may also provide backend operational support and service delivery assistance as a vendor or execution partner for certain services.
The services included in this package are limited to consultation, guidance, templates, system setup support, and operational assistance as defined in the program offering.
Growifin does not guarantee any specific business results, client acquisition, revenue, or profitability. Actual outcomes depend on the client’s efforts, market conditions, sales capability, and other external factors.
Growifin may provide backend operational and service delivery support for clients acquired by the agency partner.
Such services may be executed by Growifin or through its vendor network. Pricing, timelines, and scope of work for these services may vary depending on the project and will be communicated separately where applicable.
Growifin reserves the right to accept or decline service requests depending on feasibility, capacity, or compliance considerations.
The package fee does not include third-party costs such as:
• Government registration fees
• Domain name or hosting charges
• Software subscriptions
• Digital tools or platform fees
• Payment gateway charges
• Any external vendor or professional fees
These costs, if required, must be borne by the client.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, required documents, and timely responses during the onboarding and setup process.
Delays caused by incomplete documentation, lack of communication, or non-cooperation from the client may affect the timeline of service delivery.
All templates, frameworks, documents, processes, training materials, and systems provided by Growifin remain the intellectual property of Growifin unless otherwise specified.
The client is granted a limited, non-transferable right to use these materials for their own agency operations.
Reselling, redistributing, copying, or sharing these materials with third parties without written permission from Growifin is not permitted.
The Growifin Turnkey Agency Package includes support, system access, and operational association for a period of one year from the date of enrollment.
To continue using Growifin’s backend operational support, vendor network, service delivery support, and brand association, the agency partner must renew their association annually.
The renewal fee, if applicable, will be communicated prior to the renewal date. Growifin reserves the right to revise renewal fees or terms with prior notice.
Failure to renew may result in suspension of backend service support, operational assistance, and access to Growifin systems or resources.
All payments made for the Growifin Turnkey Agency Package are non-refundable once the onboarding process has started or consultation has been initiated.
Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Growifin.
Growifin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to business losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages.
Growifin reserves the right to modify, update, or improve the structure of the package, service delivery process, or program components at any time in order to enhance service quality.
Growifin reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if the client engages in unlawful activities, misuses the Growifin brand, or violates these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
By completing the payment for the Growifin Turnkey Agency Package, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
